Book orders?
I will send book orders home each month, but please do not feel obligated to order. Scholastic does offer an online option which I started using for the first time this year and found it very convenient. I was even able to order for both of my daughters who have different teachers and different flyers at the same time. If you choose this option you go to the Scholastic web site, click on parents, and book orders.
Our code for our classroom is GTC76.
Recycling?
This year students are able to bring the following items to school to recycle or turn in: box tops, soup labels, electronics, bottle tabs, & rigid plastic caps.
With parent support we are collecting box tops and labels to be turned in for money used towards things we need in school. (recess equipment, books, etc.) Please click this link for more information: http://www.labelsforeducation.com/MySchool/Default.aspx
